Philips | PerformanceBridge – Suite of software services

Hospitals today are working to balance the quadruple aims of reducing costs, improving outcomes, and bettering both patient and clinician experiences. PerformanceBridge is a suite of applications that help radiology managers collect, analyze and use data to make decisions. This use of data is making a direct impact in improving patient outcomes while keeping costs in check and making clinician’s lives easier.

 

To create this solution, we built a multidisciplinary team of marketing, regulatory, software, operations, and XD across 4 separate business groups. I leaned heavily into CoCreate sessions to get everyone in a user-centric mindset and to build common goals. A minimum viable product including a fully working prototype was built to demonstrate with thought leaders and gather feedback from customers.

The end result was a suite of software applications that could be offered as a service (SaaS) to help our customers manage the challenges of providing healthcare in a challenging and segmented world.
